Hey, I am Arne.

Currently, I work at Boehringer Ingelheim at the Corporate Management Function, responsible for all design topics as well as overall Brand Management. Additionaly I spent almost 10 years in the realm of WPP Media Germany as Associate Creative Director. My work experiences range from managing creative & concept teams, overseeing project scheduling, and pushing innovative campaign approaches. I also provide mentorship to team members and occasionally step into the role of a part-time educator to share knowledge and foster growth.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I participate in new business initiatives, including pitching for projects and acquiring new clients. I also contribute to the creative industry by taking part in award submissions and serving on juries.

I am a multifaceted creative professional: a blend of conceptualizer, designer, photographer, storyteller, and business driver who creates award-winning campaigns to deliver measurable growth for global brands.
